  • If Carrier’s liability is anyway implicated, the liability of the Carrier shall be limited according to the Terms and Conditions of this contract and otherwise to the Hague Rules, Hague and Visby Rules or the US COGSA rules, whichever is applicable under the article 6 of the Bill of Lading.

  • Where Carriage includes Carriage to, from or through a port in the United States of America and US COGSA applies by virtue of clauses 2, Carrier shall not in any event be or become liable in an amount exceeding US$500 per Package or customary freight unit.
