If Carrier’s liability is anyway implicated, the liability of the Carrier shall be limited according to the Terms and Conditions of this contract and otherwise to the Hague Rules, Hague and Visby Rules or the US COGSA rules, whichever is applicable under the article 6 of the Bill of Lading.
