  • If, for any calendar year, Partners and such Fund Investors request such liquidating redemptions in excess of such 10% limit, then each Partner entitled to participate in such redemption shall be entitled to redeem its pro rata share of the total equity in the Partnership, US Core Trust and US Core Properties requested to be redeemed in such calendar year based on the amount of such equity requested to be redeemed in each such Fund Investor’s Notice of Redemption.
