US DOLLAR NOTE REGISTER means the register established by the US Dollar Note Registrar in respect of the Class A-1 Notes in accordance with clause 5.2.
US DOLLAR NOTE REGISTER means the register established in accordance with clause 5.2.
Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.
Equipment Note Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 of the Indenture.

Certificate Register and Certificate Registrar The register maintained and the registrar appointed, respectively, pursuant to Section 5.03.
Registered Account means a yen account maintained by the payee with a bank in Japan, details of which appear on the Register at the close of business on the sixth Transfer Business Day before the due date of payment.
Registered Global Note means a Regulation S Global Note or a Rule 144A Global Note;
Registered Certificate Any Certificate that has been the subject of registration under the Securities Act. As of the Closing Date, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-SB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates constitute Registered Certificates.
Non-Registered Certificate Any Certificate that has not been subject to registration under the Securities Act. As of the Closing Date, the Class X-E, Class X-F, Class X-G, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class R and Class V Certificates are Non-Registered Certificates.
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.04, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.04.
Registered Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Note Register on the applicable Record Date.
Securities Register and "Securities Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.
Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;
Definitive Registered Note means a certificated Note registered in the name of the Holder thereof that does not include the Global Notes Legend.
Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.
Registered Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(h) of the Agreement.
Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

Global Registered Receipts means a global registered Receipt registered in the name of a nominee of DTC.
Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-1a Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.
