USAgencies means USAgencies L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company and its Subsidiaries.
USAgencies has the meaning set forth in the Preliminary Statements.
Agencies means the Department, the Agency for International Develop- ment (AID), the International Commu- nication Agency (USICA), the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), and the Foreign Commercial Service (FCS).
Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Governmental Agencies means any federal, provincial, municipal or other government or governmental agency, board, commission or authority, domestic or foreign;
Ratings Agencies means (1) S&P, Xxxxx’x and Fitch; and (2) if any of S&P, Xxxxx’x and Fitch ceases to rate the Securities or ceases to make a rating on the Securities publicly available, an entity registered as a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (registered as such pursuant to Rule 17g-1 of the Exchange Act) then making a rating on the Securities publicly available selected by the Company (as certified by an Officers’ Certificate), which shall be substituted for S&P, Moody’s or Fitch, as the case may be.
Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).
Consumer reporting agency means any person that, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages in whole or in part in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information concerning consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer credit reports to third parties.
Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.
Regulators means the SFC, the relevant Exchange, the relevant clearing house and any other regulators whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere
International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.
Accessibility means the ability for persons served to enter, approach, communicate with, or make use of the services of an agency, including but not limited to the need for bilingual staff, minority-specific programming, staffing patterns that reflect community demographics and adequacy of hours of operation.
Public agency means the state or any local subdivision thereof, or any state or local department, agency, board or commission.
Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
