USATF Sponsor definition
USATF Sponsor means any person, firm, business entity, or other third party, including, without limitation, suppliers, licensees, and preferred vendors or retailers, procured by USATF or LOC for the purpose of sponsoring, rendering services to, providing supplies or equipment for, or otherwise supporting the Championships, and who have been approved in writing in advance by a duly authorized representative of USATF and with whom USATF has entered into a sponsorship, provider or supplier agreement.
