USATF Sponsor definition

USATF Sponsor means any Business Associate with whom USATF has entered into a sponsorship agreement.
USATF Sponsor means any person, firm, business entity, or other third party, including, without limitation, suppliers, licensees, and preferred vendors or retailers, procured by USATF or LOC for the purpose of sponsoring, rendering services to, providing supplies or equipment for, or otherwise supporting the Championships, and who have been approved in writing in advance by a duly authorized representative of USATF and with whom USATF has entered into a sponsorship, provider or supplier agreement. (See Addendum J)
USATF Sponsor means any Business Associate with whom USATF has entered into a sponsorship, provider, or supplier agreement.

  • Sponsor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Project Sponsor and “Sponsor” means an Applicant/Co-Applicants who receives a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits and any other person who acquires an ownership interest in any owner of a project which has received a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits from the Division.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Program sponsor means the independent contracting organization which sponsors the Program.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • Sponsoring entity means a nonprofit corporation, nonprofit cooperative, state governmental entity, local unit of government as defined in ORS 466.706, housing authority or any other person, provided that the person has agreed to restrictive covenants imposed by a nonprofit corporation, nonprofit cooperative, state governmental entity, local unit of government or housing authority.

  • Sub-Investment Manager means for each Fund any sub-investment manager or sub-investment managers indicated in the relevant Supplement and any sub-investment manager that the relevant Investment Manager may appoint in the future to manage the Fund, provided that disclosure of any such sub-investment managers appointed by the Investment Managers will be provided to Shareholders upon request and details thereof will be disclosed in the periodic reports to Shareholders, and provided further that each Sub-Investment Manager may appoint a sub-investment manager/advisor to manage/advise any portion of the assets of any Fund to which it has been appointed Sub-Investment Manager in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Rules;

  • Sub-Adviser means an adviser to

  • Investment Manager or “Manager” shall mean a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Section 4.8 hereof;

  • Plan Sponsor means an employer, trustee, trade union or association or a combination of them that establishes a capital accumulation plan, and includes a plan service provider to the extent that the plan sponsor has delegated its responsibilities to the plan service provider; and

  • Sponsors means (1) one or more investment funds controlled by Apollo Management, L.P. and its Affiliates (collectively, the “Apollo Sponsors”) and (2) any Person that forms a group (within the meaning of Section 13(d)(3) or Section 14(d)(2) of the Exchange Act, or any successor provision) with any Apollo Sponsors, provided that any Apollo Sponsor (x) owns a majority of the voting power and (y) controls a majority of the Board of Directors of the Company.
