SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. All rules and regulations of all applicable sponsorship agreements and related materials are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY • To secure your sponsorship, full payment is required on sign-up. • As the event is held and hence deemed to be enjoyed in Australia, sponsorship amounts are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). • Full refunds/credits for any amounts paid will be given for cancellation requests received in writing addressed to the conference manager by the close of business on Friday, 29 July 2022, with no refunds/credits given for cancellation requests received after this date. Cancellation for existing/ new sponsorship agreement duly signed and authorised is also not accepted after this date, notwith standing the sponsor’s actual conference participation. • Paydirt Media Pty Ltd reserves the right to assign and re-assign booths at its discretion. • Booth assignment will be at the sole discretion of Paydirt Media Pty Ltd. • Payments will only be considered received by Paydirt Media Pty Ltd once the funds are cleared AND clearly identified in our account. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to ensure that payment information is communicated promptly to Paydirt Media Pty Ltd for payments to be allocated accordingly. Proofs of transfer, remittance advices, or copies of cheques will only be accepted/ processed once the funds are received/ cleared in our account. Sponsors are responsible for any bank fees and/ or any foreign currency translation fees associated with their payments, and Paydirt Media Pty Ltd reserves the right to recover these charges where appropriate. Note that the currency is Australian Dollar (AUD). • Paydirt Media Pty Ltd accepts no liability to any person for any loss, injury or damage howsoever and whether directly from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken, organised or sponsored by Paydirt Media Pty Ltd. • Please note that companies/individuals with unpaid registration will be refused admittance to the conference. • Government issued photo identification must be presented by each delegate to collect name badge.
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. The duties and responsibilities of a sponsor of a new start-up community school in a challenged school district shall be specified in a sponsorship agreement with the department. In addition to duties of the sponsor specified in the Revised Code and Administrative Code, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. As per subsection 152 (1) of the IRPR, the Minister may enter into a sponsorship agreement with a sponsor for the purpose of facilitating the processing of sponsorship applications. The Agreement is signed by the IRCC delegate and the Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH).

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. The terms and conditions of the Sponsorship Agreement, the arrangement between Opco and Seller contemplated thereby, Opco’s membership, sponsorship into, or participation in, the Card Associations (as defined in the Sponsorship Agreement) contemplated thereby and the Clearing, Settlement and Sponsorship Services (as defined in the Sponsorship Agreement) to be performed by Seller and its Affiliates to Opco as contemplated thereby are permitted under all Network Rules of the Card Associations, and, to Seller’s Knowledge, none of the Card Associations has disclosed any intent to, or has prohibited or otherwise limited or imposed additional restrictions applicable to such arrangement. The Card Associations of which Opco will become a member, into which Opco will be sponsored, or in which Opco will participate pursuant to the Sponsorship Agreement represent all of the payment card networks of which the Business is a member, into which the Business is sponsored, or in which the Business participates, as of the date hereof and as of immediately before the Closing.
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. An agreement between a recipient agency and a sponsor to be acknowledged for a highway-related service, product, or monetary contribution provided.
(a) These Standards shall apply to sponsorships relating to various programs designated by the Department, including but not limited to the following: VDOT vehicles, the Safety Service Patrol, Safety Rest Areas, the 511 Program, and Roadside Sponsorship acknowledgement signage.
(b) The Standards shall govern the manner and content of the placement of sponsorship messaging on the designated program’s equipment, signage and facilities including but not limited to land, structures, vehicles, roadway signs, fences, equipment, electronic and hard copy media, and other personal property. Such equipment, signage and facilities are non-public forums. By adoption of these Standards, the Department does not intend to create a public forum in any equipment, signage, or facility, or to designate any equipment, signage, or facility a public forum.
(a) Any and all sponsorship messaging shall be limited to informing members of the public of the availability and benefits of products or services. The Department may allow messages related to state agency public programs, projects, and services and retains the unqualified right to display, on or in its equipment and facilities, notices that pertain to the Department’s operations and promotions, consistent with the provisions of its Agreement with the Sponsor.
(b) Content must be limited to informing members of the public of the availability and benefits of products or services and in keeping with contemporary community standards, as determined by VDOT in its sole discretion.
(c) Any and all sponsorship messaging must be specifically approved and authorized by the Department, including but not limited to any signage, graphics, publications, marketing promotions, and electronic media. The Department in its sole discretion shall have the right to prohibit any such sponsorship that would in any way have a negative impact on the Department, the traveling and general public, or the Commonwealth of Virginia.
(a) Content containing any of the following characteristics is not permitted:
1. Pornography: Obscene, pornographic, indecent or explicit offensive messages; or messages that contain any sexual overtone or innuendo, contain any obscene images or nudity or promote the use or purchase of obscene, pornographic, indecent, or explicit materials.
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT. If one or more organizations and the SBA is involved with an SBDC as co-sponsors, a Co-sponsorship Agreement must be executed by SBA, the SBDC, and all co-sponsors of an activity in accordance with SBA’s Co-sponsorship SOP 90 75 2 or revised equivalent.
