Tranche B Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Commitment or an outstanding Tranche B Loan.
Multicurrency Lender means the Persons listed on Schedule 1.01(b) as having Multicurrency Commitments and any other Person that shall have become a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption that provides for it to assume a Multicurrency Commitment or to acquire Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure, other than any such Person that ceases to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption.
Facility Lender Any lender(s) or tax equity financing party providing any Facility Debt and any successor(s) or assigns thereto, collectively.
Tranche C Lender means each Lender that has a Tranche C Commitment on Schedule 2.1 or any Lender to which a portion of the Tranche C Commitment hereunder has been assigned pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption.
Revolving Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Commitment or, if the Revolving Commitments have terminated or expired, a Lender with Revolving Exposure.
U.S. Revolving Lender means a Lender with a U.S. Revolving Commitment, in its capacity as such.
Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.
Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.
Tranche B Lenders means the Lenders who hold Tranche B Loans or who have Tranche B Commitments.
L/C Lender a Lender with an L/C Commitment.
Tranche A Lender means a Lender with a Tranche A Commitment or an outstanding Tranche A Term Loan.
Funding Lender means Citibank N.A., a national banking association, and any successor under this Funding Loan Agreement and the Borrower Loan Documents.
Selling Lender has the meaning specified in Section 11.7 (
New Revolving Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(c).
Term A Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Term A Commitment or a Term A Loan at such time.
Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.
Dollar Commitment means, with respect to each Dollar Lender, the commitment of such Dollar Lender to make Syndicated Loans, and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans, denominated in Dollars hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate amount of such Lender’s Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The amount of each Lender’s Dollar Commitment as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Dollar Commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Dollar Commitments as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is $76,250,000.
Incremental Revolving Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Commitment.
Tranche B Loans means loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(ii).
Tranche B Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Canadian Lender Export Development Canada, a corporation established pursuant to the laws of Canada, and its successors and assigns.
Exiting Lender see Section 2.17.7.
Incremental Revolving Credit Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment or an outstanding revolving loan under the Credit Agreement of any class as a result of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment.
Revolving Credit Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Revolving Credit Commitment at such time or, if the Revolving Credit Commitments have terminated, Revolving Credit Exposure.
U.S. Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of U.S. Swingline Loans hereunder.
Canadian Revolving Commitment means, as to each Canadian Revolving Lender, its obligation to make Canadian Revolving Loans to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Canadian Revolving Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01, in the Assignment and Assumption or other agreement pursuant to which such Canadian Revolving Lender becomes a party hereto, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
