Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit definition

Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $20,000,000 or (b) the Aggregate Used Vehicle Floorplan Commitments. The Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Used Vehicle Floorplan Commitments.
Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $30,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Used Vehicle Floorplan Commitments.

  • For purposes of determining the Outstanding Amount under the Used Vehicle Floorplan Commitment at any time during which an Autoborrow Agreement is in effect, the Outstanding Amount of all Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loans shall be deemed to be the amount of the Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit.

  • Solely for purposes of determining the availability of Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loans (other than Used Vehicle Floorplan Committed Loans used to refinance Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loans), at any time during which a Used Vehicle Autoborrow Agreement is in effect, the Outstanding Amount of all Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Loans shall be deemed to be the amount of the Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Sublimit.

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • Swing Line Outstandings means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans then outstanding.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $100,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.3(b)(iv).

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.

  • Maximum line current means the root-mean-square current in the supply line of an x-ray machine operating at its maximum rating.

  • Swing Line Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans outstanding at such time. The Swing Line Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Swing Line Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Outstandings means, at any particular time, the sum of (a) the principal amount of the Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding at such time and (c) the principal amount of the Swing Loans outstanding at such time.

  • Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Line Cap means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Amount, and (b) the Borrowing Base as of such date of determination.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which (x) the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds (y) the Dollar Amount of the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).
