Used water means any water supplied by a public water supply system to a consumer's water system after it has passed through the service connection and is no longer under the control of the water supply official custodian.
Watercraft means any vessel, craft or thing (other than a Hovercraft) made or intended to float on or in or travel on or through water.
Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

Bottled water is calorie free and does not contain sweeteners or other additives except 697 that it may contain: (i) antimicrobial agents; (ii) fluoride; (iii) carbonation; (iv) vitamins, minerals, and 698 electrolytes; (v) oxygen; (vi) preservatives; and (vii) only those flavors, extracts, or essences derived 699 from a spice or fruit. "Bottled water" includes water that is delivered to the buyer in a reusable 700 container that is not sold with the water.
