Usual Station means the station at which a worker has been directed to serve.

Field station means a facility where radioactive sources may be stored or used and from which equipment is dispatched to temporary jobsites.
Base station means the station as set out in Part-II (SOQ) hereof where the vehicle(s) / equipment shall be permanently based, (i.e. based for minimum period of 10 (Ten) days at a stretch) which may be changed at the discretion of the Company.

Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;
Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
generating station or “station” means any station for generating electricity, including any building and plant with step-up transformer, switch-gear, switch yard, cables or other appurtenant equipment, if any, used for that purpose and the site thereof; a site intended to be used for a generating station, and any building used for housing the operating staff of a generating station, and where electricity is generated by water-power, includes penstocks, head and tail works, main and regulating reservoirs, dams and other hydraulic works, but does not in any case include any sub-station;
broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.
Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.
Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.
Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;
Collateral State means the state or states where the Collateral is located, which is California.

Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.
Company Audited Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.
Duty station means the place that is designated as an employee’s official headquarters.
Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
