UTC State Combined Income Tax Return definition

UTC State Combined Income Tax Return means a consolidated, combined or unitary Tax Return with respect to State Income Taxes that actually includes, by election or otherwise, one or more members of the UTC Group and one or more members of a SpinCo Group.
