Vaccinations definition

Vaccinations means the administration of an industry-recognized commercial vaccine by a registered licensed Veterinarian. The vaccine must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, following a complete clinical examination, for prevention of disease.

Vaccinations. All dogs visiting The Woof Room for daycare or hotel services must have current vaccinations, including Parvo/Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella, and the owner is responsible for ensuring these vaccinations are up to date. Proof of vaccinations is required and will be provided by the dog owner.
