Valuation Calendar Year definition

Valuation Calendar Year means the calendar year immediately preceding the distribution calendar year.
Valuation Calendar Year means the last valuation date in the calendar year immediately preceding the Distribution Calendar Year.

Valuation Calendar Year means, for purposes of required minimum distributions under Section 5.9, the calendar year immediately preceding a Distribution Calendar Year.

  • Distribution Calendar Year means the calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. For distributions beginning before the Participant’s death, the first distribution calendar year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year which contains the Participant’s required beginning date. The required minimum distribution for the Participant’s first distribution calendar year will be made on or before the Participant’s required beginning date. The required minimum distribution for other distribution calendar years, including the required minimum distribution for the distribution calendar year in which the Participant’s required beginning date occurs, will be made on or before December 31 of that distribution calendar year.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, except that the first Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the year in which the Effective Date occurs and the last Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on January 1 of the year in which the Term ends and end on the last day of the Term.

Annual Additions also include Excess Amounts reapplied to reduce Employer contributions under Section 3.10. Amounts allocated after March 31, 1984, to an individual medical account (as defined in Code Section 415(l)(2)) included as part of a defined benefit plan maintained by the Employer are Annual Additions. Furthermore, Annual Additions include contributions paid or accrued after December 31, 1985, for taxable years ending after December 31, 1985, attributable to post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a key employee (as defined in Code Section 419A(d)(3)) under a welfare benefit fund (as defined in Code Section 419(e)) maintained by the Employer.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • On Call means available to participate in discussion or for inquiries, even when not present at the service location.
