Variable Funding Notes definition

Variable Funding Notes. The Notes designated as the "Variable Funding Notes" in the Indenture, including any Capped Funding Notes.

Variable Funding Notes means Notes of a Series and Class designated at the time of issuance thereof as “Variable Funding Notes” and pursuant to which the Class Principal Balance thereof may increase and decrease from time to time on a revolving or delayed draw basis in the manner set forth in the note purchase agreement for such Variable Funding Notes.

Variable Funding Notes means the variable funding note issued by the FCT on the Initial French Funding Date pursuant to the VFN Funding Agreement.

• The Variable Funding Notes shall be revolving or delayed draw Notes.

• No Prepayment Consideration shall be payable in connection with prepayments of any Series of Variable Funding Notes.
