Examples of Vault Partition in a sentence

  • The Custodian shall maintain the Warehouse Vault Partition so that the eOriginal System will place the Required Legend on each page of any perceivable copy of a document in the related Electronic Timeshare Loan File.

  • The Collateral Custodian shall cause the 2020-P1 Vault Partition to reflect the name of the Grantor Trust as the Owner of Record.

  • With respect to Electronic Timeshare Loan Files, the Custodian shall maintain the related Electronic Documents in the Warehouse Vault Partition subject to the Electronic Collateral Control Agreement.

  • The Custodian shall not make any changes to the owner of record of the Warehouse Vault Partition or to the legend which appears on documents in the Electronic Timeshare Loan Files without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

Related to Vault Partition

  • Shrub means and refer to a woody plant, smaller than a tree, consisting of several small stems from the ground or small branches near the ground.

  • Curbside “Curb” means that portion of the right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled roadways, including the end of a driveway, curb line or alley line. Containers will be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians.

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.
