  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;

  • Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in FortisAlberta’s records through the procedures outlined in the Terms and Conditions, and thereby recognized by FortisAlberta and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.

  • State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.

  • Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.

  • Receivable Schedule means the list identifying the Receivables attached as Schedule 1 to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and as Schedule A to the Receivables Purchase Agreement (which list may be in an electronic format).

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
