Examples of Record in a sentence
The Distribution Date shall be the 25th day of the month in which the related Record Date occurs.
On or after the Par Call Date, the Company may redeem the Notes, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, at a Redemption Price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, on the Notes being redeemed to, but excluding, the Redemption Date (subject to the right of Holders of record on the relevant Regular Record Date to receive interest due on any Interest Payment Date that is on or prior to the Redemption Date).
Interest payable on the Notes on an Interest Payment Date shall be payable to the Persons in whose name the Notes are registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date for such Interest Payment Date provided, however, that Defaulted Interest shall be payable as provided in the Base Indenture.

The Regular Record Date corresponding to any Interest Payment Date occurring on March 10 shall be the immediately preceding February 23 (whether or not a Business Day), and the Regular Record Date corresponding to any Interest Payment Date occurring on September 10 shall be the immediately preceding August 26 (whether or not a Business Day).
