Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State. Actual Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Pushcart means a non-self-propelled vehicle food establishment limited to serving nonpotentially hazardous foods or commissary-wrapped foods maintained at proper temperatures, or limited to the preparation and serving of frankfurters.
Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.
Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.
Bed and breakfast establishment means any establishment (i) having no more than 15 bedrooms;
Net Working Capital means, at any time, Consolidated Current Assets at such time minus Consolidated Current Liabilities at such time.
Target Working Capital means $0.
Base Working Capital means $25,000,000.
Final Net Working Capital shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(ii).
Bed and breakfast inn means a hotel which has nine or fewer guest rooms.
Net Working Capital Target means $0.00.
Continuing care means some or all of the following services:
Beverage means a liquid for drinking, including water.
Consolidated Working Capital means, as at any date of determination, the excess of Current Assets over Current Liabilities.
Estimated Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Estimated Closing Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

Beverage container means an airtight metal, glass, paper, or plastic container, or a container composed of a combination of these materials, which, at the time of sale, contains 1 gallon or less of a beverage.
Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.
Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.
