Stockpile means material, including, but not limited to, surface overburden, rock, or lean ore, that in the process of mining and beneficiation or treatment has been removed from the earth and stored on the surface. Stockpile does not include materials that are being treated in the production of metallic products and the metallic product that has been produced by that operation.
Fossil fuel-fired means, with regard to a unit:
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.
Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.
Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.
Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.
estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;
Water closet means a closet which has a separate fixed receptacle connected to a drainage system and separate provision for flushing from a supply of clean water either by the operation of mechanism or by automatic action;
Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.
