Veralto Business definition

Veralto Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Veralto Business means (i) the businesses comprising of Xxxxxxx’x Environmental & Applied Solutions segment, including the businesses and operations conducted prior to the Effective Time by any member of the Veralto Group and any other businesses or operations conducted primarily through the use of the Veralto Assets, as such businesses are described in the Distribution Disclosure Documents, or established by or for Veralto or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time, (ii) the Veralto Former Businesses and (iii) the businesses listed on Schedule 1.1(133); provided that the Veralto Business shall not include any Xxxxxxx Former Business.
