Vessel D definition

Vessel D means a newbuilding handysize dry bulk carrier of approximately 32,000 dwt to be constructed by JNS and is expected to be delivered in January 2009. It is currently expected that Vessel D will be registered upon its delivery under the laws and flag of Hong Kong.
Vessel D or “Ocean Logger” means a 1994 built handysize dry bulk carrier of 28,429dwt, named “Ocean Logger”. The present flag of the vessel is Hong Kong and the place of registration is Hong Kong. The Classification Society of the vessel is Nippon Kaiji Kyokai.
Vessel D means the Product/Chemical Tanker of approximately 37,000 dwt currently designated as Hull No. 2192 to be constructed by the Builder and purchased by NEDERLAND pursuant to the Vessel D Contract;
