Vessel Owner definition

Vessel Owner means any special purpose company that owns a Collateral Vessel and the entire issued share capital of which is acquired or to be acquired by the Borrower.
Vessel Owner or "operator" means the owner, operator, master, or person-in-charge of a vessel.

More Definitions of Vessel Owner

Vessel Owner has the meaning given to it in the recitals.
Vessel Owner means any ownership interest in a vessel, including interests arising from partnerships, corporations, limited liability corporations, or limited liability partnerships. A vessel owner does not include a leasehold interest.¶
Vessel Owner means the owner, hirer or charterer entrusted with the use of the vessel, as well as the operator of a vessel;
Vessel Owner means the Vessel Party if the Vessel Party is the owner/operator of the Vessel. If the Vessel Party is not the owner/operator of the Vessel, then “Vessel Owner” means the then current owner/operator of the Vessel.
