Viability Assessment Team definition

Viability Assessment Team or “VAT” means the Evaluation Team responsible for assessing the viability of each Bidder proposal submitted in response to this RFP (as further described in Section 5.1.3 of the Main Body).
Viability Assessment Team or “VAT” means the group of Persons responsible for the technical, environmental, and commercial assessment of the proposals received in the RFP.
Viability Assessment Team or “VAT” means member(s) of the Proposal Evaluation Team responsible for assessing the viability of each proposal, as further described in Appendix E-3 of this RFP.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Clinical experience means providing direct services to individuals with mental illness or the provision of direct geriatric services or special education services. Experience may include supervised internships, practicums, and field experience.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product that would satisfy the requirements of U.S. 21 C.F.R. Part 312.21(b), as amended, and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate evidence of clinical safety and effectiveness for a particular Indication or Indications in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.
