Vic Roads definition

Vic Roads means the Roads Corporation trading as "Vic Roads" in accordance with Section 80 of the Transport Integration Xxx 0000. "unanimous resolution" means a resolution, proposed in accordance with clause 14.12 and passed by all landowners present in person or by proxy, at a meeting of landowners called to consider the resolution.
