Video Street Date definition

Video Street Date means, with respect to any Rental Picture, the first date on which, in the Territory, both: (i) such Rental Picture is authorized by * for Home Video Distribution, and (ii) Copies of such Rental Picture are actually available to the general public at Participating Stores.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, LGF shall consult with Grantor with respect to thelselection of the initial Home Video Street Date of the Picture in the Territory.

  • If an Included Program’s Availability Date occurs prior to the date that is fifteen (15) days after its Home Video Street Date, Licensee shall have the right to promote such Included Program starting on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion and notified in advance to Licensee.

  • Additionally, upon Amazon’s request, CDD shall provide a written statement that provides the Home Video Street Date, if any, of the applicable Included Program and CDD’s published wholesale price for such release, if any, of the applicable Included Program.

  • The Deemed Retail Price and Licensor’s Share shall be as set forth below: Current Films with Availability Date 46 days or more after Home Video Street Date €3.99 €4.99 60% Current Films with Availability Date 31 days to 45 days after Home Video Street Date €3.

  • LGF further acknowledges that this Picture will not be a “Rental Picture” under any revenue share agreement between LGF and Blockbuster that is or will be in effect as of LGF’s initial Home Video Street Date of the Picture (i.e., any “brick and mortar” or online revenue share agreement).

  • Thereafter, Blockbuster shall make all Copies (including Replenishment Copies) ready for consumer rental and shall ship such Copies (except for Replenishment Copies) to all Participating Stores for rental to members of the public beginning no sooner and no later than the Video Street Date.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 11.1.1 and Section 11.1.2 above, if the Availability Date for any Included Program is less than 45 days after its Home Video Street Date, Licensor shall in its sole discretion for each such program provide a date on which Licensee may begin marketing or promoting such program (“Announce Date”).

  • Street rod means a motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle, that:

  • one-way street means a highway in which the driving of vehicles otherwise than in one direction is prohibited;

  • Local Street means an open (traversable) right-of-way that is not identified in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77 (i.e. not a Regional Street);

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.

  • BC Bid Website means www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca;

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Criminal street gang-related offense means any felony or

  • Arterial street means any United States or state numbered route, controlled access highway, or other major radial or circumferential street or highway designated by local authorities within their respective jurisdictions as part of a major arterial system of streets or highways.

  • Burswood Casino means those premises in the Resort Complex identified in the Drawings as the areas to constitute the casino and includes areas in which money counting, surveillance, storage and other activities related to the conduct and playing of Games are carried on; and

  • Street Name means the form of registration in which the securities are held by a broker who is delivering the securities to another broker for the purposes of sale, it being an accepted custom in the United States securities industry that a security in Street Name is in proper form for delivery to a buyer and that a security may be re-registered by a buyer in the ordinary course.

  • Maritime agency services means activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent the business interests of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:

  • SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
