Virginia Energy means Virginia Energy Resources Inc.
Virginia Energy means the Virginia Department of Energy. Sec. [ ]-3. - Effective date. This chapter shall become effective immediately following its adoption.

  • Operating Company has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
