Virginia Energy means the Virginia Department of Energy (formerly known as the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy), including any and all applicable divisions thereof. “WARN Act” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(b). “Warranty Rights” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(i). “WVDEP” means the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, including any and all applicable divisions thereof.
