Virtual Systems House Agreement definition

Virtual Systems House Agreement or “VSHA” shall mean any Virtual Systems House Agreement agreed upon in writing between Nortel Networks and Flextronics, a form of which is attached to the MCMSA as Exhibit 2, which when executed, together with its Schedules, shall form part of the MCMSA.

Examples of Virtual Systems House Agreement in a sentence

  • A Party affected by an event of Force Majeure shall be released without any liability on its part from the performance of its obligations (other than an obligation to pay money) under this Agreement and the relevant Virtual Systems House Agreement, but only to the extent and only for the period that its performance of such obligations is prevented by circumstances of Force Majeure and provided that such Party shall have given prompt notice to the other Party.
