Visibility Triangle means a triangular-shaped area of land abutting a lane, street or private road that is required to be kept free of obstructions that could impede the vision of a pedestrian or the driver of a motor vehicle exiting onto or driving on the lane, street or private road.A visibility triangle shall be determined as follows:
Visibility Triangle means the triangular area adjacent to the intersection of any street established by measuring a distance of fifteen (15) feet from the point of intersection of two streets along the right-of-way of each of the intersecting streets and connecting the ends of each measure distance to assure adequate visibility sight lines for vehicular traffic approaching the intersection.
