Vision impaired definition

Vision impaired means a visual impairment which, even with correction, adversely affects a child's educational performance;
Vision impaired means central visual acuity that does not exceed 20/70 in the better eye with correction and/or fields of vision that are so limited that the widest diameter of visual field subtends an angle no greater than 40 degrees or field cuts caused by hemianopsia.
Vision impaired means and include all persons within the other categories as defined by the International Blind Bowls Association.
