Concept Plan definition

Concept Plan means the plan for the Project.

Concept Plan means the first of three required plan approvals that includes the information necessary to allow an initial evaluation of a proposed project.

Concept Plan means the plan depicted on Exhibit “B”.

Examples of Concept Plan in a sentence

• Developer shall have agreements with all holders of easements or any other rights that may be affected by the Project, regarding the termination, modification or relocation of such easements and other rights in order to accommodate the Concept Plan.

• At any time during the implementation of the development contemplated by this Agreement, the RDA or Developer may propose modifications to the Preliminary Concept Plan and the approved Concept Plan subject to the agreement of the RDA and the Developer.

• At any time during the implementation of the development contemplated by this Agreement, Developer may submit to the RDA proposed revisions in the approved Concept Plan, Construction Documents, or Development Budget in order to enhance the achievement of the objectives of this Agreement and to improve and refine the approved Concept Plan.

• The RDA shall indicate its approval or further requirements in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Concept Plan, Construction Documents, or Development Budget, or any revisions; provided, however, that the RDA shall approve such revised Concept Plan, Construction Documents, or Development Budget unless it determines such revisions would impair the objectives of this Agreement, impose substantial financial burdens on the City or the RDA, or adversely affect the Concept Plan.

• The Concept Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B, is hereby incorporated in accordance with Article 10.9(F)(2) Planned Unit Development Districts; PUD District Ordinance Requirements; Concept Plan.

More Definitions of Concept Plan

Concept Plan means the documents provided by Developer for the Project, which is attached as Exhibit “A”.

Concept Plan means the unregistered Plan of Subdivision PS628432T annexed hereto and marked “Annexure B” based on which the works associated with the Project are proposed to be constructed or carried out;

Concept Plan means the Concept Plan attached as an Exhibit to the PDD Standards as same may be modified by agreement of the City and Owner.

Concept Plan has the meaning provided in the Recitals above.

Concept Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.

Concept Plan means the first set of conceptual plans presented for review by the HPDD Review Board under Section 25B, prepared prior to moving forward with detailed engineering and Formal Site Plans.

Concept Plan or “Concept Plan Submittal” means a pre-application concept- level site plan and the plan review, modification, and release process for such a site plan that is a mandatory prerequisite before submittal of a formal Site Development Plan application, per Section 12.4.3 of the Denver Zoning Code, as amended from time to time.
