The Developer will submit its Development Plans, design standards, the construction documents, and the uses it proposes for the redevelopment of the Property (collectively, the “Plans and Specifications”) for each Phase or component thereof, which shall conform to the Concept Plan and the approvals by the City, as applicable.
The Parties hereto agree to execute such documents, and take such action, as shall be reasonably requested by the other party hereto to, supplement, define, update, confirm, and clarify the intent of the provisions hereof and to effectuate the agreements herein contained and the intent hereof, including, without limitation, updating and clarifying the Concept Plan, Schedule of Performance, and supplementing or clarifying Reimbursable Project Costs.
