Visitor Pass definition

Visitor Pass means a pass referred to in By-Law 7.3(b).
Visitor Pass has the meaning set forth in Subparagraph 1.3.3 (Waiting Area/Bus Boarding) of Exhibit B (Statement of Work) of this Agreement.

Examples of Visitor Pass in a sentence

  • All Contractor employees not displaying a TriMet-issued Visitor Pass or Contractor Badge while inside a TriMet building or yard will be requested to leave the premises and obtain a Visitor Pass.

  • If such access shall be occasional and during regular business hours, badges shall be "Visitor Pass" type, for which Contractor's employees shall check in and out at the site’s reception desk for each visit to a site.

  • Volunteers on campus during peak academic hours may obtain a Daily Visitor Pass (obtained and paid for by their assigned department).

  • Delivery personnel, with legitimate business on airside, may operate with a Visitor Pass under escort/watch at all times of an ASIC holder.

  • Fees for security media are as follows: SIDA Badge: $41 per badge Initial Fingerprinting: $39 per badge Renewal Fingerprinting: $23.25 per badge PSID Badge $10 per badge Temporary Visitor Pass $5 per TVP Penalties for unaccounted for (lost/stolen/not returned to the Authority) Unescorted Access Badges will be assessed in accordance with the Authority’s regulations.

  • A state issued photo ID will need to be furnished to the Security Officer before a Visitor Pass can be issued to the contractor.

  • The Organisation may allow a Member to acquire more than one Visitor Pass.

  • If you have registered for a Conference (except in the case where you have registered for an Exhibition Visitor Pass), you will be given the option to register for our networking Platform.

  • The Organisation is under no obligation to check whether the holder of a Visitor Pass is the person the Member intended to be the user thereof.

  • Shipboard Access is NOT authorized unless indicated on the reverse side of the Visitor Pass.

Related to Visitor Pass

  • Visitors means guests, applicants, contractors, vendors, advisory board members, foundation board members, and members of the public on college premises.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Visitor means the Visitor of the University.

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 14.02;

  • VNXX Traffic is all traffic originated by a Party’s End User Customer and dialed with a local dialing pattern that is not terminated to the other Party’s End User Customer physically located within the same CenturyLink Local Calling Area (as approved by the state Commission) as the originating caller, regardless of the NPA-NXX dialed. VNXX does not include originating 8XX traffic.

  • passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;

  • Passenger means any person, except members of the crew, carried or to be carried in an aircraft with the consent of the carrier pursuant to a valid contract of carriage.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.
