Visitor Pass definition

Visitor Pass means a pass referred to in By-Law 7.3(b).
Visitor Pass has the meaning set forth in Subparagraph 1.3.3 (Waiting Area/Bus Boarding) of Exhibit B (Statement of Work) of this Agreement.

Examples of Visitor Pass in a sentence

  • All Contractor employees not displaying a TriMet-issued Visitor Pass or Contractor Badge while inside a TriMet building or yard will be requested to leave the premises and obtain a Visitor Pass.

  • If such access shall be occasional and during regular business hours, badges shall be "Visitor Pass" type, for which Contractor's employees shall check in and out at the site’s reception desk for each visit to a site.

  • Delivery personnel, with legitimate business on airside, may operate with a Visitor Pass under escort/watch at all times of an ASIC holder.

A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party.
