Permitted Users definition

Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 14.02;

Permitted Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer who are authorized by Customer to use the Licensed Materials.

Permitted Users means individuals employed by or otherwise under Customer’s control and permitted to use thee Evaluation Services.
