Volume Submitter Plan. Volume Submitter Plan means as described in Section 13.01 of Rev. Proc. 2005-16 or in any successor thereto. A Volume Submitter Plan must have an Advisory Letter as described in Section 13.03 of Rev. Proc. 2005-16. Defined Contribution Prototype Plan
