Volume Surcharge definition

Volume Surcharge means that portion of each Clearing Member’s Guaranty Fund Deposit Requirement that is based upon the ratio of the Clearing Member’s Volume to Capital as determined pursuant to subsection (b)(iv) of this Rule 301.
Volume Surcharge means a surcharge, as determined by Canada Post from time to time, applicable to any Items deposited by the Customer under this Agreement that exceed a Volume Allocation.
Volume Surcharge. A surcharge that is applied to all volume that is shipped during the week from a Constrained Market that is above the Base Load Volume plus Surge Volume Allowance for that market.

Examples of Volume Surcharge in a sentence

  • If the resulting quotient is less than five (5), then the Clearing Member’s Volume Surcharge shall be zero (0).

  • UP and the Customer may agree to defer finalization of Volume Surcharge rates and terms to a later period in order to more accurately reflect market conditions.

  • Volume Surcharge rates in each market will be defined in the Term Sheet.

  • A Volume Surcharge will be added to the Base Load Price for all Weekly Shipment Volume tendered in a Constrained Market above the weekly Base Load Volume plus Surge Volume Allowance.

  • Small Volume Steam Service Rate The Small Volume Steam Service Rate charged for each month for steam delivered pursuant to the Small Volume Service rate class shall be equal to the sum of the Base Rate set forth below, the Interim Small Volume Surcharge set forth below and the Actual Steam Supply Cost Recovery (“SSCR”) Factor bBilled for the corresponding month as set forth in Table 34.1 plus any applicable taxes.

  • At the end of each Contract Quarter, C&S shall reconcile the actual aggregate case sales for such Contract Year with the applicable aggregate benchmark amount for each of the Per Case Volume Incentive, Per Case Reduced Volume Surcharge and the Lost Profits Surcharge.

  • In addition to any fee provided for in Section 4.05(a), if for the first and second Contract Quarter or the third and fourth Contract Quarter of any Contract Year Big V's purchases from C&S (sales exclusive of upcharges and other applicable fees) under this Agreement are less than [CONFIDENTIAL], then for any such two-quarter period Big V shall pay an additional semi-annual reduced volume surcharge (the "AMF Reduced Volume Surcharge") of [CONFIDENTIAL].

Related to Volume Surcharge

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the state on obligations.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
