Voluntary Xxxxxxx definition

Voluntary Xxxxxxx means any non-resident brand owner who elects to become a Member of MMSW in accordance with the Membership Agreement and the Voluntary Xxxxxxx Policy, as posted on the MMSW website and as referenced in Appendix A to this Agreement;

  • A person or company that elects to become a Voluntary Xxxxxxx under the Rules must follow the steps laid out below.

  • It acknowledges that it has read, understands and agrees to all the requirements of the Voluntary Xxxxxxx Procedures document and this agreement.

Unless the context prevents it, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and one gender includes others to the effect that, for example, “he” includes “they”, “she” and “it”.
