Voting Representative definition

Voting Representative means a Person appointed to attend, speak, represent and/or vote on behalf of a Member (whether a natural person, unincorporated body, firm, partnership, corporate body or otherwise) at a general meeting of the Society.

Voting Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

Voting Representative means a Firm representing Holders of Claims in any of the Master Ballot Classes who has returned a properly completed Solicitation Directive (as such terms are defined in the Solicitation Procedures Order).

More Definitions of Voting Representative

Voting Representative means a representative of a Member lawfully appointed by the Member and notified to the Association in accordance with Rule 13(f).
