Voting Window definition

Voting Window means a minimum period determined by the Council of no less than 168 consecutive hours immediately preceding the end of the Election Poll during which Electors are entitled to vote in the Band Election.
Voting Window means the hours designated by the Municipality during the Election Date(s) and the hours and dates designated by the Municipality as advance poll dates during which Eligible Electors are entitled to cast their vote.

Related to Voting Window

  • Voting Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending at the Expiration Time.

  • Virtual Meeting means any general meeting of the Shareholders (or any meeting of the holders of any Class of Shares) at which the Shareholders (and any other permitted participants of such meeting, including without limitation the chairman of the meeting and any Directors) are permitted to attend and participate solely by means of Communication Facilities.

  • Voting Shares means the Common Shares and any other shares in the capital of the Corporation entitled to vote generally in the election of all directors.

  • Voting device means any device provided by an election officer for a voter to vote a mechanical ballot.
