Voucher provider definition

Voucher provider means a child care provider that has been approved by the division as eligible to receive child care reimbursement through the CCDF program.
Voucher provider means any person in the trade or business of selling transit system Vouchers (as defined herein) to Employers. A Voucher Provider includes a transit system operator that sells Vouchers to Employers for direct distribution to Participants. A Voucher Provider does not include a third party administrator that administers a transportation fringe benefit program using Vouchers that the Employer could obtain directly.
