VRR4 Risk Retention Consultation Party. The Risk Retention Consultation Party selected by BMO Hxxxxx.
Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.
Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
Risk Retention Letter As described in the Offering Circular, that certain letter agreement entered into by Xxxxxxx Mac, dated as of the Closing Date.
CS means the New York State Department of Civil Service. “DOB” shall mean New York State Division of the Budget. “EEO” shall mean Equal Employment Opportunity.
Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
PECR means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2426/2003).
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Environmental Consultant has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(a).
Plan Provider means a Provider which has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered to you.
