Vulnerable Person means any person who by reason of age, infirmity, illness, disability or any other circumstance is in need of care or attention, and includes any person under the age of eighteen; and
Vulnerable adult means any person 18 years of age or older who: (1) is a resident or inpatient of a facility; (2) receives services required to be licensed under Minn. Stat. Ch. 245A, except as excluded under Minn. Stat. § 626.5572, Subd. 21(a)(2); (3) receives services from a licensed home care provider or person or organization that offers, provides, or arranges for personal care assistance services under the medical assistance program; or (4) regardless of residence or type of service received possesses a physical or mental infirmity or other physical, mental, or emotional dysfunction that impairs the individual’s ability to adequately provide the person’s own care without assistance or supervision and, because of the dysfunction or infirmity and need for care or services, has an impaired ability to protect the individual’s self from maltreatment.
Elderly person means any person 65 years of age or older who is not subject to the provisions of ORS 441.640 to 441.665.
Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand.
Medically Necessary Services means those covered services that are, under the terms and conditions of the contract, determined through contractor utilization management to be:
Vulnerable means a condition in which an adult is unable to protect himself or herself from abuse, neglect, or exploitation because of a mental or physical impairment or because of advanced age.

Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.
Relative caregiver means an individual who operates a home that has been approved by the Department to provide care for a related child or young adult placed in the home by the Department.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.
Direct Competitor means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other group, however organized, who competes with the Company in the full service restaurant business.
Covered Guest All registered guests and all persons booked to share the same unit of accommodations, and have paid the required plan cost. • "Stay": The stay at an iTrip unit, from the date of a Covered Guest's check-in to the date of check-out.
foreign politically exposed person means a natural person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public functions in a foreign country;
Handicapped person means any person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such an impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment.
Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8). "Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.
Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
Screened Affiliate means any Affiliate of a Holder (i) that makes investment decisions independently from such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate, (ii) that has in place customary information screens between it and such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate and such screens prohibit the sharing of information with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) whose investment policies are not directed by such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holder in connection with its investment in the Notes, and (iv) whose investment decisions are not influenced by the investment decisions of such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holders in connection with its investment in the Notes.
