Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.
Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.
Outline of coverage means a summary that explains an accident and health insurance policy.
Hazard Insurance A fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy insuring against loss or damage from fire and other perils covered within the scope of standard extended hazard coverage naming the Servicer, its successors and assigns, as a mortgagee under a standard mortgagee clause, together with all riders and endorsements thereto.
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
Period of Coverage means the Plan Year, with the following exceptions: (a) for Employees who first become eligible to participate, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year following the date on which participation commences, as described in Section 3.1; and (b) for Employees who terminate participation, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year prior to the date on which participation terminates, as described in Section 3.2.
Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.
Levels of cover means cover is available for either hospital treatment, general treatment or combined hospital and general treatment.
Mortgage guaranty insurance means surety insurance under which a mortgagee or other creditor is indemnified against losses caused by the default of a debtor.
Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).
Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.
Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.
General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:
Evidence of Insurability means a statement of proof of your medical history upon which acceptance for insurance will be determined by Liberty.
Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.
Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;
Site Coverage means ratio expressed in percentage between the area covered by the ground floor of building and the area of the site;
R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
Period of Cover means the duration of Your cover as stated in Your Policy Documents.
D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
Type of insurance means coverage afforded under the particular policy that is being placed.
Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about 11 June 2010 and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.
Credit property insurance means insurance:
Waiver or variance means action by the board which suspends in whole or in part the requirements or provisions of a rule as applied to an identified person on the basis of the particular circumstances of that person. For simplicity, the term “waiver” shall include both a “waiver” and a “variance.”
Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Agreement and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy and all orders, rules and regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon Landlord, Tenant or the Leased Property.
