Walkout basement definition

Walkout basement means a basement with the floor at ground grade level on at least one side of the structure.
Walkout basement means a basement in a building which has a door that exits directly from the basement to the exterior at grade that is substantially at the same level as the basement floor.
Walkout basement means that portion of a building which is partly underground, but which has more than 50% of the floor area not greater than 0.6 m below grade, and which has an entrance and exit at grade level.
