Warehouse and Distribution Center definition

Warehouse and Distribution Center means that certain parcel of real property owned by the BSA located at 2109 Westinghouse Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269, together with the buildings, structures, fixtures, additions, enlargements, extensions, modifications, repairs, replacements and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon.
