Warehouse Credit Agreement definition

Warehouse Credit Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 25, 1996, between the Borrowers, Bankers Trust Company, as Agent, and the lenders party thereto from time to time, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Warehouse Credit Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 3.11(b).
Warehouse Credit Agreement means the Warehousing Credit and Security Agreement dated of even date herewith between Debtor and Secured Party.
