Warehousing Commitment Amount definition

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $94,500,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the period from July 31, 2002, to and including October 31, 2002, the Warehousing Commitment Amount will be temporarily increased to $137,500,000. On the first Business Day following expiration of the temporary increase of the Warehousing Commitment Amount, Borrower must repay to Lender the amount by which the outstanding Warehousing Advances exceed the Warehousing Commitment Amount.

Warehousing Commitment Amount means, for any Lender at any date, that dollar amount designated as such opposite such Lender's name on Exhibit J as its Warehousing Commitment Amount, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $100,000,000.

Examples of Warehousing Commitment Amount in a sentence

• Lender has no obligation to make Warehousing Advances in excess of the Warehousing Commitment Amount.

• If the Warehousing Commitment terminates at the request of Borrower or as a result of an Event of Default, Borrower must pay, on the date of termination, a Warehousing Commitment Fee on the Warehousing Commitment Amount in effect immediately prior to termination, for the period from the date of termination to and including the date set forth in clause (a) of the definition of Warehousing Maturity Date on the date of such termination.

• Borrower is not entitled to a reduction in the amount of the Warehousing Commitment Fee if (a) the Warehousing Commitment Amount is reduced or (b) the Warehousing Commitment is terminated at the request of Borrower or as a result of an Event of Default.

• Borrower is not entitled to a reduction in the amount of the Non-Usage Fee if (a) the Warehousing Commitment Amount is reduced or (b) the Warehousing Commitment is terminated at the request of Borrower or as a result of an Event of Default.

• The total aggregate principal amount of all Warehousing Advances outstanding at any one time may not exceed the Warehousing Commitment Amount.

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $125,000,000.

Warehousing Commitment Amount as set forth in Section 13.1 to the Credit Agreement, is deleted in its entirety, and inserted in their place is the following replacement definition: Warehousing Commitment Amount means, for each Lender, the amount set forth on Exhibit M as such Lender’s Warehousing Commitment Amount, and, in the aggregate under this Agreement, the aggregate amount for all the Lenders set forth on Exhibit M not to exceed $490,000,000; provided, however, that effective March 1, 2016, without the need for Notice or any other action of any type, the aggregate Warehousing Commitment Amount for all Lenders shall be in the amount of $240,000,000 and, to the extent that the aggregate amount of the Loan exceeds $240,000,000 on or after March 1, 2016, the amount in excess of $240,000,000 shall be immediately due and payable by the Borrower to the Credit Agent, without the need for further Notice or demand.

Warehousing Commitment Amount and "Warehousing Maturity Date" set forth in Section 1.1. of the Agreement are amended to read in their entireties as follows:

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $94,500,000.

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $200,000,000.

Warehousing Commitment Amount as to any Lender, the amount set ----------------------------- opposite such Lender's name as its "Warehousing Commitment" in Schedule 1.01(b), as the same may be (i)reduced pursuant to Section 2.01(g), (ii) changed as the result of an assignment pursuant to Section 8.06(a) or (iii) increased pursuant to Section 8.06(b).
