Warehousing Commitment Amount definition

Warehousing Commitment Amount means $94,500,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the period from December 31, 2001, to and including January 15, 2002, the Warehousing Commitment Amount will be temporarily increased to $167,500,000. On the first Business Day following expiration of the temporary increase of the Warehousing Commitment Amount, the Borrower must repay to the Lender the amount by which the outstanding Warehousing Advances exceed the Warehousing Commitment Amount.
Warehousing Commitment Amount means, for any Lender at any date, that dollar amount designated as such opposite such Lender's name on Exhibit J as its Warehousing Commitment Amount, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Warehousing Commitment Amount means $100,000,000

  • Lender has no obligation to make Warehousing Advances in excess of the Warehousing Commitment Amount.

  • Borrower is not entitled to a reduction in the amount of the Warehousing Commitment Fee if (a) the Warehousing Commitment Amount is reduced or (b) the Warehousing Commitment is terminated at the request of Borrower or as a result of an Event of Default.

Warehousing Commitment Amount as set forth in Section 13.1 to the Credit Agreement, is deleted in its entirety, and inserted in its place is the following replacement definition: Warehousing Commitment Amount means, for each Lender, the amount set forth on Exhibit M as such Lender’s Warehousing Commitment Amount, and, in the aggregate under this Agreement, the aggregate amount for all the Lenders set forth on Exhibit M not to exceed $480,000,000; provided, however, that effective September 25, 2016, without the need for Notice or any other action of any type, the aggregate Warehousing Commitment Amount for all Lenders shall be in the amount of $280,000,000 and, to the extent that the aggregate amount of the Loan exceeds $280,000,000 on or after September 25, 2016, the amount in excess of $280,000,000 shall be immediately due and payable by the Borrower to the Credit Agent, without the need for further Notice or demand.
