Warrant Agency definition

Warrant Agency means the principal office of the Warrant Agent in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia or such other place as may be designated in accordance with Section 3.5;

Warrant Agency means the principal office of the Warrant Agent in the City of Toronto or such other place as may be designated in accordance with Section 3.5;

• Any Warrant Certificate from the holder (or such other instructions, in form satisfactory to the Warrant Agent), tendered for exchange shall be surrendered to the Warrant Agency and cancelled by the Warrant Agent.

• To facilitate the exchange, transfer or exercise of Warrants and compliance with such other terms and conditions hereof as may be required, the Corporation has appointed the Warrant Agency, as the agency at which Warrants may be surrendered for exchange or transfer or at which Warrants may be exercised and the Warrant Agent has accepted such appointment.

• The Corporation may from time to time designate alternate or additional places as the Warrant Agency (subject to the Warrant Agent’s prior approval) and will give notice to the Warrant Agent of any proposed change of the Warrant Agency.
