Warrant Agency definition

Warrant Agency means the principal office of the Warrant Agent in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia or such other place as may be designated in accordance with Section 3.5;
Warrant Agency means the principal offices of the Warrant Agent in the City of Toronto or such other place as may be designated in accordance with Section 3.5;
Warrant Agency has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
