Warrant Issuance Date definition

Warrant Issuance Date means any date on which Warrants are issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Warrant Issuance Date means the date on which the Warrants are issued to the Holder.

Warrant Issuance Date means any date on which Warrants are issued pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement.
