Warrant Registry definition

Warrant Registry means the official record maintained by the Corporation in which are recorded, with respect to each Warrant Certificate issued by the Corporation: the date of issuance, the name and address of the original Holder, the name and address of each subsequent transferee of such original Holder, and the number identifying, such Warrant Certificate.

Examples of Warrant Registry in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 6(b), on the Closing Date, MPAC and Sponsor shall take such action as shall be necessary to cause the Sponsor Warrants subject to the Sponsor Warrant Cancelation to be canceled by the Warrant Agent and to no longer be outstanding or exercisable and to cause the Warrant Agent to reflect the same in the Warrant Registry.

  • Warrant Register shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(c).
