Warranty Assignment definition

Warranty Assignment means an assignment of warranties and consent in form and substance acceptable to Seller and Purchaser, acting reasonably.
Warranty Assignment means, in relation to a Ship upon its delivery, an assignment of the warranties in the Shipbuilding Contract in respect of such Ship in the form set out in Appendix L hereto.
Warranty Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a)(ii)(A)(2).
