Warranty Contract definition

Warranty Contract means this document and the completed Customer Contract & Declaration.
Warranty Contract means the written agreement setting forth the obligations of the warranty plan.
Warranty Contract means a long-term contract entered into prior to 1970, in- cluding any amendments thereto, for the sale of gas wherein the producer agrees to sell a specific amount of gas and the gas delivered in satisfaction of this obligation may come from fields or sources outside of the designated fields.

More Definitions of Warranty Contract

Warranty Contract means any service contract, vehicle service agreement, warranty program, vehicle add-on/ancillary product, vehicle protection plan, guaranteed asset protection waiver, dealer profit participation program, motor club membership or similar products or services.
